What buying a ToeForward insole means, what we promise in return, and the practical details around shipping, returns, and our 60-day money-back guarantee.
ToeForward orthotic insoles are over-the-counter consumer goods designed to reduce daily discomfort associated with mild to moderate hallux valgus (bunions) by redistributing pressure across the forefoot and supporting the medial arch. They are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and they are not a substitute for evaluation or care by a licensed podiatrist or physician.
If you have severe bunions, persistent pain at rest, sudden changes in foot shape or range of motion, or symptoms that interfere with daily activity, please consult a podiatrist before relying on any over-the-counter orthotic. Individual results from wearing ToeForward will vary.
To purchase from ToeForward you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address, email, and size selection you provide at checkout. If you create an account with us in the future, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
If you joined the waitlist or otherwise gave us your email, you are responsible for keeping that address current if you'd like to receive launch updates. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing support@toeforward.com.
Product pricing is displayed on the product and pricing pages in U.S. dollars and is subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the moment you click "Buy now," plus applicable sales tax calculated by Stripe at checkout based on your shipping address.
When you place an order, you are redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter your payment details. Stripe processes the transaction and returns to us an order record containing your email, chosen size, dollar amount, and transaction status. ToeForward never sees or stores your card number. A pending order record is created in our systems at checkout and finalized when Stripe confirms payment via webhook.
If your payment is declined or your order is otherwise not completed, the pending order is retained only to enable our abandoned-cart recovery email flow (a single follow-up message). It is not used for any other purpose and can be deleted on request.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum spend, no shipping charges added at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and arrive 3–5 business days after that, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. ToeForward is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (weather events, natural disasters, etc.). If your package is lost in transit, email us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement at no charge.
Every ToeForward order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee measured from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase. If you wear the insoles daily and they don't meaningfully reduce your bunion discomfort within that window, you are entitled to a full refund of the product price. Outbound shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct on our end.
To start a return, email support@toeforward.com with your order number (or the email address you used at checkout). We'll send you a prepaid USPS return label at no cost — we don't even need the original box back. Drop the insoles off at any USPS location and reply to confirm they've been shipped.
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund posts. If you'd like an exchange for a different size instead of a refund, just let us know and we can swap sizes within the 60-day window.
Returns requested after 60 days from delivery, or requesting refunds when the insoles show obvious damage from misuse rather than wear, may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We're reasonable people — if something is wrong, we'll make it right.
ToeForward orthotic insoles are eligible for purchase with pre-tax FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) funds, since they meet the IRS definition of a medical expense for arch support and orthotic care. You can pay directly with your FSA/HSA debit card at Stripe Checkout, or pay out of pocket and submit the receipt for reimbursement.
After your purchase, email support@toeforward.com and we'll send you an itemized receipt with the HCPCS billing code and a Letter of Medical Necessity template you can submit to your plan administrator. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by your plan — ToeForward cannot guarantee reimbursement by any specific administrator, and we are not responsible for plan decisions.
ToeForward makes no medical claims about its products. We do not claim our insoles will reverse a bunion, realign the first metatarsophalangeal joint, eliminate pain, or substitute for evaluation by a podiatrist. We do claim that they are designed around the biomechanical principles most podiatrists prescribe for symptomatic hallux valgus — and that we back every order with a 60-day money-back guarantee so the financial risk of trying them is zero.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToeForward's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those places, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by your local law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase of ToeForward products shall be resolved first by good-faith correspondence at support@toeforward.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
For anything related to these terms, your order, returns, or how we handle your information, email support@toeforward.com. We respond within one business day during weekdays. We want this to be straightforward — and if anything in your experience with ToeForward isn't, please tell us so we can fix it.
