How is your bunion today?

Log a quick baseline so you have something to compare against. One number, optional notes, optional photo. We'll check back in 30 days.

Takes about 30 seconds.

Your pain score is a quick self-rating from 0 (no pain) to 10 (worst imaginable). It's the same scale physicians use. The optional email lets us remind you when it's time to log week 30 — we never share it.

0 = no pain · 10 = worst imaginable

Why a baseline matters.

Bunion pain is sneaky — you adapt to it day by day and forget what "baseline" felt like. Logging the number now gives you an honest reference point at week 30. If the number stayed flat or dropped, your conservative-care plan is working.

If your pain score doesn't meaningfully drop over 60–90 days of consistent wear, that's useful information too — it tells you it's worth talking to a podiatrist about custom orthotics or surgical consultation.
